SC-310 Metal Pre-Clean

SC-310 is designed for removing grease, forming oils, dirt and grime from unpainted surfaces. METAL PRECLEAN has dozen of uses in industrial and commercial environments. It is an alkaline cleaner that contains high amounts of emulsifying agents to clean oils without using solvents. It is specially formulated to be phosphate free to help you comply with the most rigorous phosphate discharge limits. SC-310 has low amounts of CHELATING agents to allow flocculating and oil separation devices to work at maximum efficiency. METAL PRECLEAN also retards rust formation before metal is painted.

DIRECTIONS
Apply METAL PRECLEAN with a pump up sprayer or a pressurized pot sprayer. Spray directly to metal surface, working from bottom to top of surface. Let METAL PRECLEAN soak for approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Rinse with a hot high pressure sprayer. Do not allow chemical solutions to dry on surfaces being cleaned. METAL PRECLEAN may be used through hot pressure washing equipment if water hardness is below 50 ppm. If hardness is above this level, a water softener may be needed.

WARNING: May cause eye and skin irritation in concentrated form. Harmful if swallowed. Contains alkaline builders, 2-butoxyethanol and biodegradable surfactants.

FIRST AID
If eye contact occurs, flush for several minutes under running tap water, then seek medical attention. For respiratory system and ingestion, seek medical help.
